Petty? Lamar Odom Asks Judge to Deny Khloe Kardashian Spousal Support in Response to her Divorce Petition

Lamar Odom is refusing to end his relationship with ex, Khloe without fighting dirty.


According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE,  Lamar has finally responded to Khloe’s divorce petition which she filed in May and is agreeing with the reality TV star who cited “irreconcilable differences” for the cause of their divorce. However, Lamar has also requested that the judge deny spousal support to Khloe. 

The court documents also state that Odom has requested that all attorney fees and costs be paid by Khloe.

In late May, Khloe went ahead with her divorce petition after putting it on hold to care for Lamar after he was left comatose and in a critical state following his Nevada hotel incident. You can read about it here. Khloe was reportedly thinking of giving their relationship another shot when pictures of Lamar drinking and buying herbal Viagra again surfaced online. 

The 32-year-old KUWTK star then decided to file for divorce for a second time.

A source said Khloe is looking forward to moving on.
