The Economicand Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday, June 27, 2016, arraigned one Pastor Moses Oluwapelumi Iduye at the Oyo State High Court on a 10-count charge of fraud.

The anti-graft agency brought the embattled clergyman before Justice M. O. Ishola on charges bordering on obtaining by false pretence, forgery and altering of document ,Nigerian Eye reports.
