Kanye West Explains Concept Behind ‘Famous’ Video, Dares Anyone to Sue Him
Kanye West has
explained the genius behind his internet-breaking new video which
shows him naked in bed with famous figures, including ‘foes’ and friends. Some
of the people featured are Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, Amber Rose,
Donald Trump, George Bush, Bill Cosby, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Caitlyn Jenner,
and more.
In his chat with
Vanity Fair, the rapper said it was simply an artistic expression that he was
neither trying to support those people nor portray them in bad light.
“It’s not in
support or anti any of [the people in the video],” West told Vanity
Fair, “It’s a comment on fame.”
“Maybe in some
alternative universe me and George Bush could have been friends. I could
have been his O.J. Simpson black friend on the golf course.”
“[I say] a lot
of lines other wives would not allow a husband to say,” West continued,
adding, “But my wife also puts up photos that other husbands wouldn’t let
them put up. One of the keys to happiness in our marriage is we’re allowed to
be ourselves.”
Meanwhile, the
‘Stronger’ rapper dared the people he featured to challenge him. In a
now-deleted tweet, he said, “Can somebody sue me already. #I’llwait.”
