Lisaius and Krystin Rae Lisaius According to PEOPLE, they were indicted after their 4-month-old baby was found with cocaine in its system. A public information officer for the Oro Valley Police Department says Krystin Rae Lisaius and Somchai P. Lisaius – both news personalities in the Tucson area – were indicted June 9 on three felony charges: possession of a dangerous drug, drug paraphernalia and child abuse. Both pleaded not guilty in court on Monday, and were released on their own recognizance. Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe, the lawyer who is seeking the removal of President Muhammadu Buhari for not sitting for the Cambridge West African School Certificate, has filed a notice at the Federal High Court in Abuja to discontinue the suit. The notice of discontinuance dated June 27 and obtained by THISDAY, read: “ Take note that the plaintiff in this originating summons, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe, hereby discontinues this action .” According to THISDAY following the withdrawal of the suit, the trial judge, Ademola Adeniyi, is expected to strike out the case. This scary cake design emerged online recently but it has since gone viral, garnering both favourable and unfavourable reactions. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is set to offer French coach Paul Le Guen a staggering monthly salary of N16.2m, the equivalent of €44,000 for him to accept the Eagles job. The Lagos state Bar Beach Police division is currently on a manhunt for a Lebanese bureau de change operator simply identified as Aly Sayad, who has been accused of absconding with about N170 million in Victoria Island. According to  PUNCH,   three businessmen had approached the suspect in his office on Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island, on Tuesday, to help them change dollars to naira. Sayad then allegedly left the men in his office after collecting the money, saying he was going to the bank to transfer the naira equivalent to their various bank accounts.  However, after several hours passed, the victims were said to have gone to the bank where Sayad claimed he was going to do the transaction but he was nowhere to be found. A burglar has been found guilty of raiding the home of pop star Rita Ora while she and her sister slept upstairs. Pioneering rock guitarist Scotty Moore, who was a member of Elvis Presley's original band, has died aged 84. He died in Nashville on Tuesday after several months of poor health. He is credited with helping Elvis shape his musical sound and inspired generations of guitarists. Moore was the last survivor of Elvis's original band which included Presley, bassist Bill Black and producer Sam Phillips. As part of The Blue Moon Boys Moore backed Presley on many of his legendary songs including Heartbreak Hotel, Blue Suede Shoes and Jailhouse Rock. The Lagos State Government has clarified the misconception surrounding the unfortunate incident where a street hawker was knocked down by an oncoming truck at Maryland Bus Stop on Wednesday. The street hawker, who was trying to evade arrest from officials of Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI), had attempted to cross the road before being hit by the truck, which was erroneously thought to be a BRT Bus. As a result, hoodlums armed with sticks and stones, immediately descended on some BRT buses plying the route as at the time of the incident and in the process destroyed several of the BRT buses.
