Suicide? Chinese Man Found Dead in His Lagos Apartment

New reports have just confirmed the tragic story of a Chinese national who allegedly hanged himself to death in his Ikeja apartment in Lagos.


According to Eagle Online which first shared the story, the 50-year-old man, identified only as Si Guical, reportedly hung himself by the neck against a noose tied to an iron window inside his room at 11, Itohan Avenue in Ikeja.

It is however unclear what led him to do this, or if it was truly a case of suicide as perceived.

However, confirming the incident, the Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Dolapo Badmus, said that officers from the Man Centre Division visited the deceased home, and that Guical’s corpse had been deposited in a morgue, awaiting autopsy.

This comes weeks after another Chinese woman was arrested in Lagos for setting part of a hotel on fire in Ikeja, destroying property valued at N24 million. Read about that here.

‘Queen of SnapChat’ YesJulz Sex Tape Hits the Internet, and it’s Horrible

YesJulz’ sex tape has finally hit the internet. The tape which shows the acclaimed ‘Queen of Snapchat’ having sex with a male photographer was leaked by two people she recruited to work with her. According to  Bossip , the two people – a Miami-based fitness model, Hencha Voigt, and another man, Wesley Victor – hacked into Julz’ phone, got her explicit photos and the sex tape YesJulz recorded. The duo then threatened to release them to the public within 24hrs if she didn’t pay them $18,000 cash. The Miami Beach Police said that Voigt and Victor sent Julz some of the pictures and videos as proof. “ 18K cash … you can have them back as I said you dope chick. I like your movment look if I feel any fun business game over your choice,”  Victor said in his message to Julz last week, and then they gave her a 24-hour deadline.
